I am a qualified and reliable Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Expert with 13 years direct experience in designing, creating and advising Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and Web environments with 16 years in International IT project management. 

Commercial new business and existing customer sales, delivery, configuration, change, advisory and Microsoft technologies Architect.

Additionally, I also have a strong background in training, learning and development, coaching, organisational development, job-to-role mapping, scoping and testing including writing and creating instructional video content.
